Pupuk Kujang Persero and PT Saturma Wicaksana established a joint venture, which was signed before Notary Soeleman Ardjasasmita, SH. With Deed no. 66, dated January 28, 1986, under the name PT Formic Acid Indonesia Pertama FAIP. Then there was a change of name to PT Sintas Kurama Perdana which was approved by BKPM No. 521IIIPMDN1986, November 25, 1986, was made before the Notary with the Amendment Deed No. 7, dated October 7, 1987, and confirmed by the Minister of Justice on October 28, 1987.
